He is survived by: his former wife Zola Greenwood; his sons, David Karkosh (Pam), Michael Karkosh (Angie) and Steven Karkosh (Amy Wood); his grandchildren, Hayden and Audrey Karkosh; and his sister Dianne Barker (Gene).

Memorial contributions may be directed in Joe's name to his family which will be later designated elsewhere.
