He is survived by: his siblings, John Havelaar of Marion, Edward "Pete" Havelaar of Rockford, Bill Havelaar of Hudson, Casey Havelaar (Cindy) of Hudson and Ann Brown of Lennox. He is also survived by 9 nephews; 2 nieces, many great nephews, great nieces, and cousins.
