She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Huffman and Wilma Huffman (Smith); her brother Jerry; her brother-in-law Edward Henkle; her great grandchild Avery Fecht; her nephews, Joshua, Jeremy and J. R.; her niece Shelly; and her pet Sammie.
She is survived by: her children, Alissa Hanson (Greg), Ronnie "Pete" Hanson, Amie Fecht (Michael), Wendy Bass (Zachary) and Christina Christensen (Drew); her grandchildren, Matt, Chris, Ryan, Nathan, Shelby, Lindsey, Braden and Addison; her pets, Charlie and Oliver; her siblings, Jeff Huffman, Barb Henkle and Becky Ahlhelm (Scott); and also Ronald Flood. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hudson Community Center (525 Jefferson St, Hudson, IA 50643).
