He was predeceased by: his parents, William Shamblin and Phyllis Shamblin (Bachert); and his stepfather DeWayne Miller. He is survived by: his stepbrother Dennis Miller (Cindy) of Haynesville; and his half-siblings, Connie Miller (Sharon) of Sioux City, Donette Spring of Simi Valley and Dean Miller (Bethanie) of Norfolk, Nebraska. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
