He was predeceased by: his parents, John Roetman and Caroline Roetman (Hoffs); his daughter Linda Roetman; his brothers, Leland Roetman and Daryl Roetman; and his brother-in-law Don Romberg.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Mae Romberg of Hospers; his sons, Kendall Roetman of Hospers and Bradly Roetman (Carmen) of Ames; his grandchildren, Ryan Roetman (Anne), Jason Roetman, Philip Roetman and Isaac Roetman; and his sisters-in-law, Eleanor (Denny Den Hartog) and Sylvia Romberg. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church - Hospers (200 Elm St, Hospers, IA 51238). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
