He is survived by: his children, Fred Washburn (Penny) of Allen, Mike Washburn (Janine) of Lawton, Kathleen Slocum (Mark) of Sioux City and Barbie Wessendorf (Jim Cowell) of Lawton; and his sister-in-law Loraine Washburn of Sioux City. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
