It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara W. Jacobsma (Hospers, Iowa), born in Perry, Iowa, who passed away on October 16, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Velman and Louis Velman; her husband Stan Jacobsma of Hospers; her son-in-law Jake Kuiken; and her brother Bill Velman.
She is survived by: her daughter Suzette (Douglas Senecal); her son-in-law Douglas Senecal; and her children, Rex Jacobsma (Karen), Pam Kuiken, Kim Jacobsma (Laila) and Sharry Weismann. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.
