He is survived by: his wife Donna Dula of Salix, Iowa.; his daughters, Sandra Guthridge (Greg) of Granby, CO, Kathy Rose of Rapid City, SD, Leslie Dake (Larry Beeson) of McCook Lake, SD and Jennifer Joos (Mark) of Scottsdale, AZ; his grandchildren, Branden, Jared Guthridge (Pam), Stephanie Monahan (Steve), Steve Rose (Kelly), Lisa, Lance Dake (Anna), Logan Dake (Callie) and Jason Whitfield (Katie Pruisner); his stepgrandchildren, Ashley, Alex and Bryan Joos; his great grandchildren, Ashley Furnish (TC), Courtney Guthridge, Ray, Della Guthridge, Alexa Rose, Madeline, Tabitha Monahan and Emma Dake; his great great grandchild James Metrejean; and his sister Eleanor Chelini.
