It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elda Evangeline Landers (Hopkinton, Iowa), who passed away at the age of 97, on December 31, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wilson and Bessie Wilson; her husband Norman Landers III (Bud); her brothers, Ralph Wilson (Maxine), Rodney Wilson (Jean) and Roger Wilson (Jan); her daughters, Kathleen Landers O'Neill (Robert) and Candace Landers Anderson (Candy); and her son-in-law Garry Lynn Singer (Candace).
She is survived by: her daughters, Lee Ann Landers of Miami, FL and Lisa Buckman (Mike) of Gilbert, MN.; and her grandchildren, Ron Hillers of Kingstown, TN, Shannon O'Neill Jones (Dalton) of Firth, ID, Erin O'Neill of San Diego, CA, Garry Singer of Amarillo, TX, Brian Singer of Manorville, NY, Sean Anderson (McKay) of Amarillo, TX and Lacee Monk (Jake) of Miami, FL. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hopkinton Community Church (107 3rd St, Hopkinton, IA 52237). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
