With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deb Ostwinkle of Hopkinton, Iowa, born in Monticello, Iowa, who passed away on October 31, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Sauerbry and Kathleen Sauerbry; her stepfather Bob Heims; her parents-in-law, Ernest and Del Rose Ostwinkle; and her siblings-in-law, Ron Ostwinkle, Nita Ostwinkle and Sandy Ostwinkle.

She is survived by: her husband Dean Ostwinkle of Hopkinton; her daughters, Stephanie Farmer (Levi) of Monticello and Rachael Feldmann (Justin) of Petersburg; her grandchildren, Harper, Hudson Farmer of Monticello, Ryker and Evelyn Feldmann; her son Tyler Dunkel (Kathryn) of Seattle; her siblings, Dale Sauerbry (Annette) of Hopkinton, Donna Schlichte (Pat) of Monticello and Pauline Schaffner (Brian) of Manchester; and her siblings-in-law, Michael Ostwinkle (Jayne) of Worthington, Dennis Ostwinkle (Patti) of Decorah, Darryl Ostwinkle (Darla) of Worthington and Julie Ostwinkle of Worthington. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
