It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilbur R. Fisher (Honey Creek, Iowa), born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on September 22, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur L. Fisher and Effie Fisher (Good); his children, Wilbur and Amy; his grandson Eric Golden; and his siblings, Richard and Joyce.
He is survived by: his wife Dixie Fisher of Honey Creek; his daughters, Sherry Clack of Chester, Michelle Fisher and Jeri Fisher; his stepchildren, Dan Rhoades of Council Bluffs, Jamie Featherstone of Council Bluffs, Ann Rhoades of Omaha and Tony Rhoades of Omaha; and his siblings, Johnnie Fisher (Donna) of Texas, Betsy Childs of Red Oak, Jeff Wesson (Deenie) of Colorado, Nancy Fisher of Oregon and Sheila Jones of Texas. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
