He is survived by: his wife Sharon Suzanne Meadows; his children, Patrick Henry Jr. (Pamela) of Missouri Valley, Gina Susanne (Reece) of Missouri Valley, Darren Dion (April) of Honey Creek, Marty Cary (Christina) of Honey Creek and Monte Hanel (Diane) of Elk City; and his siblings, George Jr. (Cathy), Micheal, Ronald Sr. (Debbie), Rick Sr. (Nancy) and Teresa Boll (Rick Sr.). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
