She is survived by: her husband Jim Andersen; her children, Annette Zeplin (Rhett), Jamie Spurlock (Sue), Debbie McCormick (Pat Albert) and Eric Spurlock (Barb); and her brother Kenny Schlote (Besty). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
