He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Cutshall and Vera Cutshall (Frahm). He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Cutshall and Valerie Koehler (Bradley); his grandchildren, Michael, Joshua and Evelyn; and his sisters, Lona Connell and LaVon McNaughton (Richard).
