It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance B. (Sager) Richardson of Honey Creek, Iowa, who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Sager and Velma Sager (Burkett); her son Paul Armendariz; and her siblings, Guy Sager and Roberta Hoskovec (Mike).
She is survived by: her husband Kenny; her daughter Mary Koch (Steven); and her sister Marilyn Slezak (John). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home & Crematory (545 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in her name to Midlands Humane Society or S.O.L.A.S. both in Council Bluffs.
