He is survived by: his parents, Cloyce Abel and Carol Abel (Runner); his wife Julie Dake Abel; his son Alex Abel; his brother Cody Abel (Tammy); his father-in-law Joe Dake; his nephew Angelo Masiello (Mary); his niece Emily Kurcowski (Paul); his sister-in-law Joann Moore (Dake); and his pet Wego.
