He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius Wagner and Bernita Wagner (Meyer); and his parents-in-law, Vernon Clemen, Germaine Gaul (Marvin), Jerome Clemen, Darlene Clemen and Francis Clemen.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Clemen; his children, Sharon Faber (Dan) of Cascade, Thomas Wagner (Tammy) of Cedar Rapids, Linda Ellerbach (Gary) of Ely, Lisa Hefel (Clyde), Laurie Baliff (Dave) of Potosi, WI and Deb McMahon (Greg) of East Dubuque, IL; his grandchildren, Josh, Zach, Matt Faber, Danielle, Olivia Wagner, Dalton (Nikki), Skylar Ellerbach (Miranda Redalen), Alyssa Hefel, Connor, Chase McMahon, Jenna and Luke Baliff; his great grandchildren, Harper and Hayden Ellerbach; his siblings, Rosemary Hoeger (Roland) of St. Olaf, Kay Kluesner (Earl) of Luxemburg and John Wagner (Donna) of Luxemburg; and his parents-in-law, Patricia Clemen of Holy Cross, Loras Clemen of Dubuque, Cathy Keppler (Don) of Manchester, Linda Clemen of Colesburg and Dale Clemen (Carol) of Dubuque.
