She is survived by: her husband Donald R. Schmitt; her children, Jeff Schmitt (Linda) of Holy Cross, David Schmitt (Wendy) of Omaha, NE and Lisa Bowen (Dan) of Kansas City, KS; her grandchildren, Michael Schmitt (Hali), Katelyn Schmitt, John Schmitt, Matt Schmitt, Danny Bowen, Nicole Schmitt, Nicholas Bowen and Adam Schmitt; and her siblings, Joan Feldmann (Les) of Rickardsville, John Decker of Balltown, Larry Decker (Trudy) of Balltown, Kathy Koch of Worthington and Ann Baumann (Andy) of Dubuque. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
