With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lydia Lucille Hargens of Holstein, Iowa, who passed away on August 16, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, August Miller and Caroline Miller (Witte); her granddaughter Grace; and her friends, Gerdi and Herman Dierks of Holstein.
She is survived by: her children, Rena' Raecker (Greg) of Cedar Falls and Brian Hargens (Kristin) of Hudson; her grandchildren, Matthew Raecker (Beth) of Des Moines, Anne Randall (Jared) of Las Vegas, Benson (Lora) of Osage and Kelsey Hargens of Oklahoma City; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Mara, Ben Raecker, Kai Raecker, Parker, Lydia and Mari Hargens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Stubbs Memorial Library and the State Theatre, all in Holstein.
