He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fraser and Joyce Fraser (LeMoine); his sister Linda Groepper; his nephew Matthew Groepper; and his brother-in-law Dean Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Alicia Fraser of Cherokee, IA, William "Billy" Fraser (Shelby) of Holstein, IA and Valerie Fraser of Sioux City, IA; his grandchildren, Bretton, Lathan, Annistyn and Harmony Kleich (Shelby); his great grandchild Melody of Sioux City, IA; his grandchildren, Logan, Kori and Arthur Harris IV; his siblings, Thomas Fraser (Gwyn) of Sierra Vista, AZ, Judy Peterson (Wesley) of Sioux City, IA and Carla Fraser; and his siblings-in-law, Randy Groepper, Dale Miller, Dennis Miller (Nancy), Karen Miller, Kathy Allen and Kristal Miller (Drea). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holstein United Methodist Church (208 S Kiel St, Holstein, IA 51025). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the United Methodist Church of Holstein (208 S Kiel St, Holstein, IA 51025).
