She was predeceased by: her father-in-law Jim Best. She is survived by: her husband Don Best of Hinton; her children, Cole Best of Hinton, Sophia Best (Tylor Price) of Chandler, A. Z., Sylvia Best of Sioux City and Chloe Best of Hinton; her parents, Patricia Turner (Jack) of Miners Bend, S. D. and Dewey Winkler (Patricia); her siblings, Lisa Gunderson of Dakota Dunes, Barbara Silin of Overland Park, K. S. and Theodore Boudreau Jr. (Hannah) of Kansas City, M. O.; her stepchildren, Jessica Best-Powers (Brandon) of Lincoln, N. E. and Donnie Best of Lincoln, N. E.; and her mother-in-law Barbara Best of Sioux City. She is also survived by four brothers- and two sisters-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Tracy Best Memorial Fund to be designated by her family.
