He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jean Lundquist of Hinton, IA; his sons, Jon (Alana Pennington) and Drs; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Caleb, Hannah, Rachel, Nathaniel, Silas and Alice; and his siblings, Steve, Christine Pennington and Deborah Demello.
