She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles 'Milton' and Edith Jackson (Scoles); her husband Howard G. Kovarna; her granddaughters, Andrea and Kallie Phillips; and her siblings, Gilbert Jackson (Dorothy), Leona Ullrich (Ray), Dorothy Wallace (Hayden), Lyle Jackson, Velma, Lloyde Jackson and Russell Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Kovarna (Rhonda) of Hinton, Iowa, Jean Larson of Omaha and Jackie Phillips (Dar) of Pierson, Iowa; her grandchildren, Ty Larson (Maria), Tanya Larson, Tal Kovarna (Todd Plummer), Wendi Meister (Rob), Jenna Medick (Andrew) and Jaya Phillips; her great grandchildren, Cy Larson, Brice Larson-Lekics, Lexi Larson-Kyte, Andrew Meister, MacKenzie Meister, Madison Meister, Bailey Meister, Lauren Kovarna, Carter Kovarna, Emmie Medick and Milo Medick; and her brother Robert Jackson (Heidi). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
