It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene G Hansen of Hinton, Iowa, born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, E. G. Hansen and Minnie Hansen (Bonnes); and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Rick (Patty Hansen) of Hinton and Kristen (Albert Perez) of Sioux City; his grandchildren, Keri (Brad Noel), Kayla (Joe Ruhland), Elliana Perez and Lucia Perez; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Hunter Noel, Bennett and Carter Ruhland.
