He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Kenneth and Nina Louise Stevens (Spearman); and his brothers, Kenneth Stevens, Dennis Stevens and Clifford Stevens.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marlene Carter (Gary) of Mt. Pleasant, Jon M. Stevens (Roberta) of Salem, Tony L. Stevens (Karla) of Mt. Pleasant and James L. Stevens (Linda) of Stockport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established to Every Step Hospice in his memory.
