He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Vicars and Alta Vicars (Marshall); his wife Bonnie Haushahn; his siblings, Herman, Roscoe, Bob, Ida Mae, Ruth, Ella Jay and Mary; his niece Shirley; and his nephew Randy.
He is survived by: his children, Clint Vicars of Salem and Colleen Kramer (Don) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Keith Kramer, Megan Kramer, Jacob Kramer (April Forsyth) and Lucas Kramer (Justice); his great grandchildren, Rhion, Finn, Cruz, Katherine, Madeline and Lincoln; and his siblings-in-law, Keith Mills of Burlington and Shirley Tiemann of Henderson, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel (709 E Maple Leaf Dr, Mt Pleasant, IA 52641). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Salem Congregational Church (106 E Oak St, Salem, IA 52649).
