He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Albert and Betty Ann Thornton (Davis). He is survived by: his siblings, Rhonda Fetterman (Bob) of Mt. Pleasant, Chris Jayne (Tim) of Mt. Pleasant, Claudia Davis of Davenport, Jack Thornton (Becky) of Salem and Steve Thornton (Christina) of Mt. Pleasant. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
A memorial has been established in his memory.
