With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lloyd Kirk Richards of Hills, Iowa, born in New Sharon, Iowa, who passed away on March 31, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirk Richards and Dorotha Richards (Robertson); his brother Afton Richards; his nephew Duane Richards; and his friend Darlene Richards.
He is survived by: his former wife Darlene Savage; his wife Carol Brown of Des Moines; his sons, Kelly Richards of Donnellson and Kerry Richards of Fairfield, Iowa; his grandchildren, Desiree Richards and Dustin Richards; his nephew Daniel Richards; and his aunt Georgia May.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Iowa City Food Pantry.
