She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Jennifer Filter (Bill) of Marion, Mary Kinne of Cedar Rapids and Ryan Hays (Martha) of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Luke Bradley, Jocelyn Kinne, Alexandra Filter, William Filter III, Emerson Hays and Maxwell Hays; her siblings, Judith Blair (Tom), Jane Masur (Larry), Neil Fagan (Mark) and Keith Fagan (Peg); her husband Richard Hays; and her parents, Kenneth Fagan and Julia Tierney Fagan. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Central Iowa Furniture Rescue or St. John of the Cross Catholic Worker House.
