He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Andrews and Neva Andrews (Staton); and his siblings, Bernice Keyes, Lucille Cady, Eleanor Buker, Elaine Saddoris, Junior Andrews, Kenny Andrews, Claude Andrews and Kevin Andrews.

He is survived by: his son Toby Andrews; his granddaughter Vada Andrews; and his siblings, Betty Erger (Harold) of Center Point, Ginger Andrews of Center Point, Sandra Ashlock (Howard) of Center Point, Penny Krob (Mike) of Walker, Gladyce Maas (Mike) of Cedar Rapids and Dan Andrews (Martha) of Kahoka, Missouri. He is also survived by 23 nieces and nephews.
