He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Fagan; his children, Jennifer Filter (Bill) of Cedar Rapids, Mary Kinne of Cedar Rapids and Ryan Hays (Martha) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Luke Bradley of Cedar Rapids, Jocelyn Kinne of Cedar Rapids, Alexandra Filter of Cedar Rapids, William Filter III of Cedar Rapids, Emerson Hays of Cedar Rapids and Maxwell Hays of Cedar Rapids; his siblings, Melinda Clark of Cedar Rapids, Dennis Hays of Cedar Rapids, Vicky Seaton of Cedar Rapids, Sue Hays of Cedar Rapids and Sheila Pickart (Craig) of Las Vegas, NV; his nephew Erik Seaton of Cedar Rapids; and his niece Kayley Clifton (Chris) of Las Vegas, NV..
