She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hrstka and Anna Hrstka (Dostal); her husband Jim Mochal; and her siblings, Agnes Kratoska, Helen Kucera and Emil Hrstka.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Mochal (Paula) of Lost Nation, Kathy Mochal of Cedar Rapids and Sheri Cook (David) of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Jim, Jason, Joe Mochal, Theresa Smith and Rick Auchus; and her great grandchildren, Lexi, George, Olivia, Pierce Mochal and Jackson Smith.
