He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Smith and Loretta Smith (Williams); his siblings, Rosanna, Kathy, Patrick and Kenneth; and his nephew Ben Smith.
He is survived by: his pets, Barney and Molly; and his siblings, Larry Smith (Laurel) of Hartsburg, MO, Jon Smith of Hiawatha, IA, Deb Steenblock (Greg), Mary Osborn of Muscatine, IA, Angela Frideres (Keith) of Algona and Cindy Harris of Akron, IA. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
