He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Grimm and Laura Grimm (Palmer); his former wives, Mable Irene Hepker and Irene Grimm; his wife Georgene Grimm; and his siblings, Barb Sherman (Jerry), Larry Grimm (Judy) and Ed Grimm.
He is survived by: his sons, Rex Grimm (Darla) of Palo and Rick Grimm (Andrea) of Shellsburg, Iowa; his grandchildren, Erin Zappas (Jason), Jason Grimm (Mayse), Ryan Grimm (Andrea) and Mitchell Grimm (Carly); and his sister-in-law Kaye Grimm of Urbana. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Urbana Christian Church (108 E Jefferson Ave S, Center Point, IA 52213). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home Website Tribute Page. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at the Memorial Cemetery.
