She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Mitchell and Eldred Mitchell; her sister Gloria Jewett; and her grandson McKale Morgan. She is survived by: her husband Fred of Hiawatha, IA; her children, Vince Himes (Marsha) of Cedar Rapids and Dawn Morgan (Michael) of Lisbon, IA; her sisters, Meredith Morgan (Bill) and Glenda Dobbs (Don); and her grandchildren, Nicci Himes, Jolene Dunham (JD), Adam Morgan (Cari), Chase Morgan (Kaleigh) and Marshall Morgan (Liz Foster).
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Hall-Perrine Cancer Center, in honor of Dr. Stroh, Hospice of Mercy, and/or Buffalo United Methodist Church.
