Clancy of Hiawatha, Iowa, born in Iowa City, Iowa, who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Carmen Marie; her pets, Girl, Margaret and Heidi; her parents, Stanley Graves and Doris Graves (Heller); and her husband William F. Clancy.

She is survived by: her sons, David William, Blairstown and Michael Arthur (Trista Cortez); and her sister Beverly Sugden.

Memorials may be made to the Cedar Valley Humane Society in Joyce's memory.
