He is survived by: his wife Penny Huggins; his children, Jerry Huggins (Lisa) of Cedar Rapids, Sheri Wolfe (Greg) of Robins and Jeff Huggins (Shannon) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Holly, Tim, Justin and Tori; and his great grandchild Cashtain. He is also survived by brother and two sisters.
