He is survived by: his wife Mary Heins; his daughter Toni Heins; his stepsons, Shane Dodge (Aubury) and Ryan Dodge (Kelly); his grandchildren, Reece Dodge, Mya Dodge, Jadon (Jessie Walsh), Jensen and Jamisen Dodge; and his brother-in-law Bill Hatch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many close friends.
