She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Crear and Helen Crear. She is survived by: her husband Larry Johnson; her children, Jeff Johnson (Andrea) of St. Louis and Cindy Abrams (Art) of Iowa City; her grandchildren, Stephanie Johnson, Abby Abrams and Drew Abrams; and her siblings, Robert Crear, Dean Crear and Silvia Eppley-Viehland.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Cedar Rapids in Memory of Eleanore.
