With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darwin Meyer (Hiawatha, Iowa), born in Marshalltown, Iowa, who passed away on April 16, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oran Meyer and Bernice Meyer (Thompson); his daughter Jeanette Meyer; and his brother Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Greedy of Hiawatha; his children, Jerry Meyer (Regina) of Cedar Rapids, IA, James Meyer (Dawn) of Boston, MA, Matthew Meyer (Melissa) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Brent Meyer (Jennifer) of Omaha, NE; and his brother Darryhl Meyer (Sonya) of Cedar Rapids, IA. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings due to COVID-19 pandemic, the family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
