She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Brundidge and Helen Brundidge (Brookner); her former husband Patrick H. Fleming; her grandson Chad Rule; her great grandchild Jessica Pauline Tigen; and her brothers, Jesse and Jack Brundidge.
She is survived by: her husband William A. Nelson; her children, Patrick Fleming Jr. of Cedar Rapids, Char Moran of Colorado Springs, CO, Patty Spaulding of Colorado Springs, CO and Ellen Rule of Colorado Springs, CO; and her sister Irene Petersen of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
