He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Evan Harkey. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Deal (Becky), Cindy Homer (Robert), Leia Hinz (Dennis) and Brian Deal (Rose); his grandchildren, David Hinz, Steven Deal, Sarah Dearborn, Eric Deal, Jessica Harkey, Keaton Homer and Kyle Homer; and his great grandchildren, Layne, Andrew, Adryan, Asher, Austin, Kate, Elijah, Emerson, Amara, Landon and Kaitlyn. He is also survived by his wife of 71 years, Nona.
Memorials may be made to Eastern Iowa Honor Flight in Clyde's name.
