He is survived by: his father Marvin Hooker (Donna) of Cedar Rapids; his wife Wendy Hooker of Hiawatha; his children, Cameron Hooker of Marion, Megan Hooker (Orien Lough) of Cedar Rapids and Dylan Hooker of Hiawatha; his siblings, Nick Hooker (Sam) of Des Moines and Beth Haider (Michael) of Surprise, Arizona; and also, Dean and Debbie Archer of Swisher, Iowa.
