He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Rhoads and Eunice Rhoads. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his daughter Kristi Quijada (Juan); his granddaughters, Angela and Alicia; his great grandchild Taylor; his son Kevin Rhoads (Della); his grandson Kevin; and his brothers, Jerry Rhoads (Sandi) and Bruce Rhoads (Vickie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
