She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph W. and Lulu Hawk Higgins; and her husband Kenneth. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Hoover and Roger. She is also survived by four grandchildren (Todd Hoover, Diana Kaufman, John Schulz and Linda Guthrie) and ten great grandchildren.
