She was predeceased by: her parents, Frezell Milliman and Ruby Mae Lowe Milliman; her husband Danny Norris; her daughters, Anita Robertson and Angela Bell; her nephew Jody Bell; and her sisters, Margaret, Reta and Glenda.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Vaughn (Nevin Bouschlicher) of Martinsburg, IA; her grandchildren, Kandis DeWitt, Katrina Cope (Ben), Dale Robertson (Kathryn), Dustin Robertson (Brittany) and Josey Bell; and her great grandchildren, Korbin, Oliver, Clark, Aubrey, Sullivan, Makenzie, Macie, Madison, Kaiden, Cooper, Teagon, Jaxson, Kaydence and Wyatt.
