He is survived by: his wife Holly; his children, Elizabeth Toms of Hazleton, Andrew Heth of Oelwein and Monica Heth of Hazleton; his grandchildren, Blake Toms, Andrew Heth, Jr., Alivia Lasond, Emma Toms, Makenzie Heth, Jolene Heth and Harper Heth; his siblings, Kimberly Fitzpatrick-Barr (Michael) of Nevis and Marty Fitzpatrick (Angie) of Hazleton; his stepfather Jerry Fitzpatrick; and his mother Freida Fitzpatrick.
