He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bair and Beatrice Bair (Lockridge); his stepfather Raymond Hekel; his siblings, Ron Bair (Wanda) and Bernice Ackley (Albert); and his stepsister Karen Harvey.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Bair (Gipple); his daughters, Cindy Ruse (Mike), Barb Gableman (Gabe) and Lisa Gerstenberger (John); his stepsiblings, Dean Hekel (Barb), Pat Newland (Steve) and Kent Hekel (Tana); and also Bob.
