He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Harold and Shirley Mae Schroeder (Thorp); and his sister Doreen Diers. He is survived by: his children, Stacie, Cory, Amy, Josh and Ben; his brothers, Dennis Schroeder (Linda) of Sumner, Bruce Schroeder (Lonnette) of Marion and Larry Schroeder (Barb) of Raymond; and his brother-in-law Fred Diers of Albia. He is also survived by Nieces & nephews.
