It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Ray Howard Sr. of Hazleton, Iowa, born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on May 26, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Issac and Doris Helen Howard (Staley); his siblings, Craig Howard, Curtis Howard, Butch Howard and Vicky Sellers; and his brother-in-law Bob Ager.
He is survived by: his former wives, Bernadine Teepe and Patti Allen; his children, Rebecca Worthy (Jamie McNamara) of Oelwein, Ricky Howard, Jr. of Hazleton, Crystal Howard of Dunkerton and Jeremy Howard of Newton; his stepchildren, Kandi Allen of Waterloo and Mindy Allen of Waterloo; his sister Diane Ager of Rockfalls, Illinois; and his sister-in-law Shirley Howard of Evansdale. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, social distancing and mask are suggested at the visitation and service.
